Weekly Planner Ideas

One of the best ways to make sure you stick to a schedule is to have it written down.

I like to use (free) digital planning apps like Todoist and Trello, which allow you to create color-coded to-do lists that sync between phone, computer, and tablet.

If you prefer paper planning, I’ve created a couple of planning templates that might help.

Here is a weekly schedule template. This is something that only needs to be done once for the school year (or every time the schedule changes, which may be more often than usual this year). It includes space for mandatory activities, such as classes and other school activities, but also provides room for regularly-scheduled personal activities, such as exercise and social events. It is important to schedule self care too!

The second resource I’ve created is a weekly planner page. It allows you to plan, prioritize, and set goals for the entire week.
